Where is Multi Market World located?
Our warehouse showroom is at 111 Granton Dr, Unit 101, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1L5. We're open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week.
Is there a discount for picking up in store?
Yes. Customers who pick up from our Richmond Hill warehouse can get a 10–20% special pickup discount. Call 905-886-0069 or 647-382-0003 before you come.
Why are your prices lower than other furniture stores?
We are a warehouse-direct seller. We sell furniture at wholesale prices directly to the public, with no middleman or retail markup.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free across Canada. There's no delivery charge at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
- Richmond Hill and Markham: same-day delivery
- Rest of Ontario: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–9 business days
Do you offer same-day furniture delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available in Richmond Hill and Markham.
Does delivery include unboxing or box removal?
Standard delivery does not include debris removal, box disposal or white-glove unboxing.
Returns
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, including delivered online orders, in-store purchases and pickups. The only exception is factory defects: contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we'll make it right.
What should I do if my item has a factory defect?
Email mmw.incorporation@gmail.com or call 905-886-0069 within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and photos of the defect.
Why are all sales final?
As a warehouse-direct seller, we keep our costs low so we can offer wholesale prices. A final-sale policy is part of how we keep prices down. You're welcome to see any item in our showroom before you buy.

What types of furniture do you sell?
Sofas and sectionals, cloud and boneless sofas, recliners, dining tables and sets, bedroom furniture, wardrobes, vanities, office chairs, kitchen and pantry cabinets, storage, outdoor patio furniture and party tents.
What is a boneless or compressed sofa?
A boneless sofa has no rigid frame. It's made of high-density or memory foam, vacuum-compressed into a box, and expands to full size after unpacking. It needs no assembly and fits through narrow doors and stairways, which makes it ideal for condos and apartments.
